Detroit Give A Chance

Thank you for participating in the Solomon Organization’s Fourth Annual Detroit Metro Area Give a Chance Charitable Giveaway.

​

We created the Give A Chance program in 2015 in Albany, New York to support local non-profit organizations and their missions to create positive outcomes in the community. Since then, we have donated more than $400,000 to support causes throughout the country for anything from animal rescues to scout programs to toy drives.

Get to Know Us

We hope you will join us for the Fourth Annual Detroit Metro Area Give a Chance Charitable Giveaway program. Participation is free and all participating organizations will have a chance to win one of five prizes:

  • Grand Prize: $10,000

  • Two Second Place Prizes: $5,000

  • Two Third Place Prizes: $2,500​

​

Important Dates

Charity Sign Up Opens

Charity sign up officially opens on September 1st. It is completely free to join! We are so happy to have you join us!

Voting Opens

Off to the races! Our polls open October 1st. Individuals are allowed to vote once a day for their charity of choice. The voting link can be found on our Facebook page or here: Detroit Give A Chance Voting

Voting Closes

Our voting polls will close October 31st. Make sure your supporters are voting once a day up until the deadline! Every vote counts and makes a difference.

Live GAC Event

Our in-person live Give A Chance Event will be on November 12th. At least one person from each charity must be present to win. More information to come in the future. Stay tuned!
