Give A Chance's History

What We Do

We created the Give A Chance Event in 2015 in Albany, New York to support local non-profit organizations and their missions to create positive outcomes in the community. Since then, we have donated more than $375,000 to support causes throughout the country for anything from animal rescues to scout programs to toy drives.

Established in 1977 and headquartered in Summit, New Jersey, the company currently owns and operates 70+ properties with approximately 22,000 residential units across 10 states.
